Cutieclothes.com uses UPS and the United States Postal Service for shipping. Orders are usually shipped within two business days after you place your order. Our shipping department does not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item(s), you must place a NEW ORDER online for the item(s) you wish to purchase. The original items will need to be returned by following the Return Procedures below and the original credit card will be refunded, minus shipping costs. This will expedite the process so that you can receive the exchange items faster, and will ensure the correct items be sent without confusion.
Returns
Please note that once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.
We advise that you ship all returned items via insured mail. This is to protect you from the possibility of loss during shipping. All returned item(s) are thoroughly inspected for any signs of being worn, including smoke/food odor and pet hair. If inspection fails or an item is returned past our 10 day policy, it will be sent back to the customer at customer's expense and the transaction will be deemed final sale.
Princess dresses, holiday dresses, communion dresses/gowns and christening dresses/gowns are non-refundable, and may only be returned for one size exchange of the same style. Boleros, jackets, and outerwear are non-refundable, and may be only returned for one size exchange of the same style. Sailor collection items are non-refundable, and may be only returned for a one-time size exchange. Princess dresses are non-refundable, and may be only returned for a one-time size exchange. Boy's accessories are final sale, they are not eligible for a refund, only a one time size exchange of the same item. Womens formal gowns and dresses are non-refundable, however a one time size exchange is permitted with a 15% restocking fee and second shipping charge. Clearance items and accessories (gloves, hairpieces, jewelry, petticoats and socks) are non-returnable and are final sale.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise (excludes exchanges). Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. This includes all refused and unaccepted packages. You will receive a 25% restocking fee for any order in which delivery is refused. We cannot be responsible for orders that are sent out to the customer as requested but are refused or not picked up by the customer. If you received free shipping and wish to return the merchandise, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. "Free shipping" is given under the condition of purchase. If returned items reduce total sale to below $125 on Ground shipments, a shipping and handling fee will be applied. Please make sure you select the right size.
Returning 2 items or less:
Merchandise must meet the following requirements:
- Merchandise must be in its original condition as shipped to the customer.
- Merchandise must have the original tag(s) attached.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original packaging, including hangers, coverings and/or any similar accessories.
- Shoes must be returned without markings or signs of wear. Shoes returned with markings on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused.
Returning 3 items or more:
- Eligible only for store credit with a 15% restocking fee.
- Not eligible for a refund.
